Francesca Pehr has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2012, they started as a Graphic & Web Designer at Freedom Consulting Group, LLC, where they provided design and branding strategies for recruitment and marketing. Francesca also developed front-end components on applications using various technologies, including VueJs. At Poole & Associates, they served as a Web & Graphic Designer, designing employee orientation training websites, maintaining company websites, and updating corporate websites with job postings. As a Graphics and Web Intern at Willetts Technology, they collaborated with a team of programmers and designers to create wireframes and maintain style guides for each product. Additionally, Francesca had leadership roles at Lane University Center Student Union as the Staff Development Manager and President. Francesca also worked as a Project Manager at Ah-Lure Day Spa, Graphics Director for the Edward Dunleavy Campaign, and Intern at Student and Community Involvement. Francesca Pehr completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art & Design at Frostburg State University from 2007 to 2011. Francesca then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human-Centered Computing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they attended from 2021 to 2024. In addition to their academic achievements, Francesca Pehr also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2020.
