Eriss Donaldson is a Senior Associate at Freedman Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing project work plans, conducting research, and developing strategic plans to achieve client objectives. Prior experience includes a Conflict Resolution Intern position at The Carter Center, focusing on monitoring security in Mali and assessing human rights violations. Additional internships include roles at The Borgen Project, Hilltop Public Solutions, and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, where Eriss conducted research on political dynamics and campaign finance.
