Charles M. is an experienced communication professional currently serving as Chargé de mission communication at Les Jeunes IHEDN since September 2022. Previously, Charles completed an internship at the Ministère des Armées within the French Embassy in Belgium from January to July 2023, and served as a reservist fusilier marin with the Marine Nationale from September 2017 to July 2020, focusing on the protection of a naval base. Charles gained additional experience as an intern at the Assemblée nationale in late 2019, managing tasks related to a local deputy's office. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on European Affairs at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, Charles is also an auditor in the 139th cycle of IHEDN Jeunes at the IHEDN, commencing in October 2023. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same university, completed in 2021.
