Scott McCauley has a diverse background in sales and management, with significant experience in the appliance and hardware retail sectors. Currently employed as a Sales professional at Fred's Appliance since October 2017, Scott previously served as the General Sales Manager at Belgrade True Value from February 2014 to October 2017, overseeing team building, operations, and inventory control. Prior to that, Scott held the position of Buyer/Purchasing Agent and Department Manager at Belgrade True Value, and was a Department Manager for Kenyon Noble Lumber & Hardware Company. Scott’s career began at MainSail Business Consultants, Inc. as Operations & Compliance Manager, focusing on maintaining company procedures and compliance regulations from 2007 to 2011. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Kent State University.
