Tisha Kolek is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a Leader In Me Coach & Consultant at FranklinCovey since August 2024. Prior to this role, Tisha held the position of Director of Counseling & Health Services at Dripping Springs ISD from August 2021 to September 2024. Tisha’s extensive experience in counseling services includes serving as Coordinator of Counseling Services at Education Service Center Region 13 and as Director of Counseling Services at Taylor ISD. Tisha began their career at Round Rock ISD as the Coordinator of Counseling Services, notably contributing as the lead high school counselor during the establishment of Cedar Ridge High School. Tisha holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Education from Angelo State University.
