Peter Flaherty is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including building and civil engineering, notably in rail infrastructure. Currently self-employed since August 2018, Peter has also served as Group Operations Director at Frankham Consultancy Group since September 2014. Previous roles include Group Manager Infrastructure at Hampton Jones Property Consultancy and Commercial Manager positions at Downer New Zealand, Jarvis Infrastructure Limited, and Railtrack/Network Rail. Peter began their career as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Gardiner & Theobald and Steve Frankham Associates. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying and a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Management, with the distinction of being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
