Shane McLain currently serves as a Project Coordinator at ArcVision Incorporated since August 2023. Previously, Shane held the position of Architectural Drafter at Norhart from November 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included designing residential apartments and collaborating with construction teams on modular projects. Prior experience includes working as an Architectural Drafter at Pacific Lifestyle Homes, focusing on construction documents for medium to large homes, and a range of roles at ATG USA, including Team Leader and Revit/AutoCAD Draftsman from February 2017 to July 2022. Shane has also worked as an Architectural Draftsman at Schelle Architect and as a Draftsman at GATE PRECAST COMPANY, along with a brief stint as an Intern Technical Writer at W&W / AFCO Steel. Shane holds an Associate of Science in CAD/CADD Drafting from ITT Technical Institute-Little Rock and two Associate's degrees in General Studies from Arkansas State University-Beebe.
