Nicholas Carter has extensive experience in technical and emergency response roles, currently serving as an Installation Technician at Frankfort Plant Board since December 2006. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Firefighter, EMT, and Hazmat Technician at Franklin County Fire Dept from October 2004 to November 2006. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Columbia Southern University, completed between 2015 and 2018.
