Bheki M. has extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Plant General Manager at NOMAC since January 2018, where responsibilities include overall management of a Concentrated Solar Power site and leadership in operational strategy. Prior to this role, Bheki M. was Plant Manager at Newcastle Cogeneration, managing daily operations and profitability from September 2008 to January 2018. Bheki M. has held various engineering and management positions, including Engineering Manager at Tongaat Hulett Starch and Plant Engineer at Group 5 Manufacturing, with a foundational career at Eskom Matimba Power Station, progressing from Trainee Technician to Senior Technician. Educational qualifications include a Management Advancement Programme from the University of the Witwatersrand and a S4 National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Durban University of Technology, among other certifications.
