Kristen Gandon has a diverse work experience with various organizations such as Franchise Creator, Field Strategies, For Our Future, Javier Fernandez for State Senate, and Florida International University. Kristen has worked in roles such as Project Manager, Field Organizer, South Florida Digital Organizer, Administrative Support Associate, Student Assistant, and Campaign Intern. Kristen'sresponsibilities included managing payroll, hiring processes, and personnel files, coordinating with other departments for designing and development of promotional materials, managing office inventory and supply logistics, handling email correspondence and phone calls from students, planning and coordinating events, producing original visual and written content for social media channels and digital ad programs, coordinating volunteer recruitment, management, and training, creating and managing texting campaigns, and analyzing Covid-19 data.

Kristen Gandon attended Florida International University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs, along with a minor in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Kristen also obtained several certifications, including "PowerPoint Quick Tips," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," "Writing a Press Release," and "Learning Excel 2019" from LinkedIn in 2020.
