Dr. Andrejs Berdnikovs is currently serving as the Innovation Partnerships Manager at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, focusing on university-industry collaboration in research, technology transfer, and educational engagement. With extensive experience in innovation management, Dr. Berdnikovs has held significant roles, including Head of the LIAA Technology Representative Office and Technology Business Centre, where responsibilities included developing the triple helix model of innovation and coordinating national projects involving cloud infrastructure and microelectronics. In addition, Dr. Berdnikovs has contributed as a Visiting Senior Lecturer at Rīga Stradiņš University, a Delegate to the European Space Agency's Industrial Policy Committee, and a mentor in the All Tech Is Human Responsible Tech Mentorship Program, emphasizing bioethics and AI ethics. Dr. Berdnikovs holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Politics from Latvijas Universitate.
