Matt Wells is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Foxtek since February 2022, where the focus is on connecting IT talent with various industries, including Fintech, Healthtech, and Green energy. Prior roles include Head of Development at G2V Recruitment Group from May 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities spanned across multiple business areas ensuring the effective delivery of training processes, alongside developing the Sales Development Programme. With extensive experience in recruitment and training across various sectors since 1998, Matt holds several CIPD qualifications in Learning and Development and has developed multiple training programs throughout a diverse career in organizations such as G2 Recruitment Solutions and Harvey Nash.
