Giovani Jara possesses over 20 years of experience in recruitment, selection, payroll administration, outsourcing, and RPO solutions. Currently serving as Gerente de Selecci贸n y Outsourcing at Advice Consulting since August 2005, Giovani leads comprehensive solutions involving personnel, teams, technology, infrastructure, and ongoing legal advice on labor regulations. Previously, in a role as Responsable de Proyectos Especiales, significant leadership was demonstrated in managing large-scale recruitment processes for major investments in the country. Prior experience includes a position as Project Leader and Account Executive at Manpower Inc., focusing on industrial recruitment and payroll administration. Giovani holds a degree in Administraci贸n de Empresas from Universidad de la Rep煤blica and has completed PDD programs at IEEM.
