Christina Chamakala is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in orthopedic and urgent care settings, currently serving at Fox Valley Orthopedics since May 2022. Prior to this role, Christina worked as a Physician Assistant at Joint Relief Institute from June 2019 to May 2022 and at ULTRAMED URGENT CARE from September 2018 to June 2019. Christina's career began with healthcare roles that included a Certified Nursing Assistant position at Frances Nelson Health Center and Heartland Health Care Center, as well as a Research Assistant at the Renal and Cardiovascular Disease Research Laboratory. Christina holds a Master's degree from Arcadia University, completed in May 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in May 2016.
