Katie Nutter has extensive experience in customer success and sales management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Fourth since August 2018, after progressing through roles such as Senior Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Manager. Prior to Fourth, Katie held the position of Event Sales Manager at The Club Company and was an Office Manager at Essential Insurance Services (UK). Earlier in the career, Katie worked as a Sales Manager at The QHotels Collection and as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, and Groups Planner at The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel. Education includes completion of the Rocco Forte Future Leaders Management Programme in 2014 and attendance at Lancaster Girls Grammar School.
