Neil Wortham has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Neil started their career at Arthur Andersen Chartered Accountants in the Corporate Recovery department. Neil then moved on to Royal and Sun Alliance, where they gained experience in sales support, mortgage desk, and sales development. After that, they joined Scottish Life as a Pension Sales Consultant, specializing in pensions and managing transfer analysis work. Neil then worked at Prudential Assurance as a Regional Account Manager, assisting intermediary accounts in writing new business and overcoming technical issues. Currently, they are working at Foster Denovo, where they initially served as the Head of Paraplanning, building and managing the Centralised Paraplanning team.
