Mario Paerels has extensive experience in the insurance and customer support sectors, having worked for CCS Connects as a Support Consultant since April 2013, where responsibilities include managing inquiries related to the Digital Insurance Platform, Level X. Previously, Mario served as a Support Medewerker and Consultant at CCS, facilitating customer interactions and supporting software implementation. Prior to CCS, experience includes roles as a Helpdeskmedewerker at Cash and Functioneel Beheerder for Level-7 Software at Combined Computer Services B.V. Other positions held include Assurantie Adviseur at Rijnmond Hypotheekwijzer, Spaarverzekeringverkoper at Spaaradvies, and various roles in retail and logistics.
