Will Bauzon has worked in the tech industry since 2013. Will began their career as a Sales Development Representative at BlueJeans Network, where they discovered over $2.5 million in pipeline in 3 quarters and sourced won deals for several strategic clients. Will then moved on to Rubrik, Inc. as Manager of Global Sales Operations. In 2021, they became Head of Go to Market Systems at Aviatrix and is currently working as Sales Operations at Forward Networks, Inc. since 2022.

Will Bauzon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Asian-American Studies from San Francisco State University. Will also holds three certifications from Salesforce Trailhead, including the Data Management Badge, Data Modeling Badge, and Salesforce Platform Basics Badge, which were all obtained in July 2016.
