Emily O'Connor has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies and industries. Emily currently serves as the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Invisible. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategy and Operations Director at FinTech Sandbox, where they provided critical data access and development resources to startups and entrepreneurs. Emily also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Digital Planet, focusing on AI readiness and policy. Emily had previous experience at Bridgewater Associates, where they served as a Program Manager in sustainability and social responsibility, as well as a Management Associate and Chief of Staff. Emily also gained experience in corporate administration and operations at Harvard Management Company and held positions in business development and communications at Starfish Project and as an International Development Consultant. Emily started their career as an Operations Intern at The Freedom Story.

Emily O'Connor pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & Social Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Emily then completed a program in Social Enterprise, Business Development, & Poverty Alleviation at TSiBA & University of Cape Town, South Africa. Currently, Emily is enrolled in The Fletcher School at Tufts University, working towards a Master in Global Affairs with a focus on Technology Policy and Economic Development.
