TC Chetty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property and planning. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Fortress REIT Limited since February 2021, TC Chetty also holds the position of Partner Development & Public Affairs for South Africa at RICS, a role established in October 2014. Since 2012, TC Chetty has been the Non Executive Chairman at immedia and has been the Owner and Chief Executive at TC Chetty & Associates since August 2008. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Unlisted Property Fund until February 2021, and Director of Planning & Development Coordination at Tongaat Hulett Developments from 1994 to 2008. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Town & Regional Planning from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Durban-Westville.
