Susan (Gray) Korshoj possesses extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as the General Manager at Unico Properties LLC since September 2017. Prior roles include Senior Portfolio Manager at Killian Pacific and Senior Property Manager at Kidder Mathews. Susan also held the position of General Manager for NorthTown Mall and Three Rivers Mall with General Growth Properties, and managed two downtown office buildings for Diamond Parking in Spokane, including the historic Paulsen Center. Additional experience includes property management roles at Kiemle & Hagood Company and R W Robideaux & Co. Susan holds a degree in Computer Science from the Community Colleges of Spokane.
