Jennifer MacGowan has extensive experience in various roles in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer care, and corporate relations. Jennifer has worked at FortisAlberta since June 2005, holding multiple director positions. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at companies such as IABC, Alberta Electric System Operator, and TransAlta. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and has completed additional education in business communication, general management, and finance. Jennifer is also an Accrediated Business Communicator (ABC).
