Jazz Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Frontend Coordinator at Party City from October 2017 to April 2019. Following that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at CloudOne from June 2019 to February 2022. In 2021, they joined CMDC Studios as a Game Designer. In 2022, they worked briefly as a Customer Support Representative at Renaissance Learning and then as a Design Assistant Intern at Fortis Games before being promoted to Associate Game Designer at the same company.

Jazz Jackson attended Washington State University Vancouver from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Digital Technology and Culture with a specific focus on Video Game Programming.
