Jim Richardson has extensive experience in the machining industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Engineering Department at Fort Walton Machining, Inc., since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing the design of 3D models and training apprentices. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Sanders Mfg. from May 1982 to May 2004 as a Supervisor, designing and programming machines for plastic injection molds. Jim's career began at Lorentzson Mfg., where an apprenticeship from January 1977 to May 1982 involved operating various machines and earning a Moldmaker Journeyman degree. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Kokomo High School and additional vocational training in moldmaking from Indiana Vocational Technical College, along with studies at Northwest Florida State College.
