Abdulhamid Alhamad has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Abdulhamid began their career in 2011 at Al-Wefaq Control Systems as an Automation Engineer, where they gained expertise in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI screens development. In 2013, they joined Al Manhal water factory - Nestle waters as an Automation Engineer, providing technical support for the operation, safety, installation, and maintenance of the electrical and automation system. Abdulhamid then moved on to become a Project Engineer, responsible for coordinating with contractors and suppliers for the installation and commissioning of a new PET Line. Following that, Abdulhamid served as a Maintenance Engineer, maintaining and improving the performance of machines. Abdulhamid eventually took on the role of Maintenance and Engineering Division Head, leading the maintenance function in the factory to ensure product quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Abdulhamid Alhamad completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Al-balqa applied university / facility of engineering technology, from the year 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "u.lab: Leading change in time of disruption" from u.lab (MITx) in January 2019, "Maintenance and improvement conference" from Nestlé in 2019, "Lean and six sigma, white belt" from Nestlé in 2018, "Maintenance and improvement conference & PM" from Nestlé in 2018, "Strategic Management" from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2018, "LOTO" from Nestlé in February 2016, "Internal auditor training" from Bureau Veritas in April 2014, and "Engineering workshop" from Nestlé in 2014. Abdulhamid also holds an edX Honor Code Certificate for Data Analysis: Take it to the MAX() although the date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
