Holly Pennington currently serves as the Head of Founders Office and Client Relations at Fort Partners since October 2014. Previously, Holly held the position of Labor Relations Specialist at Madison-Oneida BOCES from May 2012 to January 2013, where responsibilities included consulting on labor relations issues, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and providing legal advice. Earlier experience includes working as a Law Clerk at Colleran, O'Hara & Mills L.L.P., focusing on unfair labor issues and trial preparation, as well as roles at the National Labor Relations Board as a Legal Intern and Donnellan & Knussman, PLLC as a Law Clerk, where research and drafting legal documents were key responsibilities. Holly earned a Juris Doctorate in Labor and Employment Law from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Classics from Siena College.
