Tyson Jacques currently serves as Managing Director, Community Engagement Lead at Cushman & Wakefield since December 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director in GWS Product Development at CBRE from October 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities encompassed product development strategy and tracking tools. Additional roles feature Director of Global Hospitality Operations at Host, where Tyson created engagement hubs and standardized service quality, and Head of Customer Experience at Moved, focusing on multi-channel customer support. Previous positions include Systems Consultant at Sydell Group, Head of Leader and Customer Support at Tinkergarten, and various customer experience roles at Hipcamp and HotelTonight. Tyson holds an MFA in Printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design and a BFA in Printmaking from the University of Southern Maine.
