Randall Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and academia. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Accreditation Manager at the Fort Myers Police Department since November 2017, Randall also excels as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland University College. In addition, Randall contributes as a CALEA Accreditation Assessor since September 2020. Previous roles include Professional Services Representative at Lexipol and senior leadership positions within the United States Department of Defense, as well as a Police Captain with the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Randall holds an MBA from Trident University International and has completed education at the Harvard Kennedy School, FBI National Academy, and National Labor College with a BA in Labor Studies.
