Jeffrey Rajamani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing, vendor management, and technology services. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Forrester since September 2021, Jeffrey co-leads research initiatives in Europe. Prior to this, a Global Strategic IT Partner Manager role was held at Accenture, following a significant tenure as a Senior Manager, where leadership was provided for BPO accounts in Finance & Accounting and HR & Talent and delivery teams established in China and India. Jeffrey's career also includes pivotal positions at Tech Mahindra, focusing on Infrastructure Management Services, and Dell Services, where responsibilities encompassed sales and delivery functions in Germany. Academically, Jeffrey holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Systems, along with a B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
