Joyce Xiao Montagard is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior FP&A Analyst at Formula 1 since May 2019 and as a Trustee for Inicio Educational Trust since September 2023. Joyce has held various voluntary community roles, including Governor at Chislehurst School for Girls from July 2019 to August 2023. Joyce's educational background includes an ACMA, CGMA in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an MA in International Hospitality Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Logistics, and English from the University of Portsmouth.
