Shahab Saleh is a seasoned mechanical design engineer currently serving as a Sr Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Shahab held the position of Principal Engineer at EMCORE Corporation from June 2020 to August 2024, focusing on vibration, shock, and thermal design for navigation-grade MEMS and fiber-optic inertial measurement units. Additional experience includes roles as a Thermal-Structural/Material Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center and a Member of Technical Staff at AREVO Inc. Shahab's background is augmented by a strong academic foundation, with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and advanced degrees from Amirkabir University of Technology.
