Joseph Buch has a diverse work experience across various industries. Joseph started their career as a Police Intern at Village Of Lisle in 2015. Joseph then worked as a Host at Fiamme before joining Sports Authority as a Team Sports Sales Associate. In 2016, Joseph worked as a Nutrition Counselor at Medi-Weightloss¨ and as a Server at Fiammé.

From 2017 to 2020, Joseph worked at PolyOne, where they started as an Inside Sales Associate, managing accounts for PolyOne Distribution. Joseph then became an Inside Sales Representative, handling sub-business units such as PolyOne Distribution, PolyOne Color & Additives, and PolyOne Specialty Engineered Materials. In these roles, Joseph gained experience in selling thermoplastic resins and color additives, as well as in prospecting and cold calling customers.

In 2020, Joseph joined Avient Corporation as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Joseph is employed at Formerra as an Inside Sales Team Lead - Distribution, responsible for managing accounts.

Joseph Buch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including "Finding and Retaining High Potentials" from LinkedIn in May 2020, "Code of Conduct" from PolyOne in April 2018, "Workplace Substance Abuse" from PolyOne in October 2017, and "Training for Intervention Procedures" from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program) in 2014.
