Janet Kaufman is a seasoned Nia instructor with extensive experience at Oakwood Athletic Club, Orinda Community Center, and Forma Gym since 2015, 2010, and 2006, respectively. Additionally, Janet has been a jewelry designer at Janet Kaufman Jewelry since 1996. Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, earned between 1980 and 1984, Janet combines a passion for movement and creativity in their professional endeavors.
