Ronan Schutte is an experienced training manager currently at WildPlay Element Parks since May 2022, previously holding positions as a trainer and park supervisor within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a building facilitator at First Metropolitan United Church and an adventure infrastructure manager and lead instructor with The Scouts. Additionally, Ronan worked as a seasonal instructor and a centre assistant with Scouting Ireland. Educational qualifications include CIPD qualifications obtained from 2019 to 2020, along with ongoing studies in a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and Leadership at Camosun College, starting September 2023.
