Chris Phan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Medical Sales Representative at Pascoe Canada. In this role, they worked as a representative for the company.

In 2015, Chris joined Ceridian as a Small Business Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for selling payroll and HR solutions to small business accounts. Chris developed long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners to maintain and grow revenue.

In 2017, Chris transitioned to the role of Sr. SMB Consultant at Ceridian. Chris continued to sell the company's solutions to medium-sized business accounts and used outbound cold calling and targeted telephone initiatives to generate new leads.

In 2019, Chris became a Business Systems Analyst at Ceridian, where they worked on analyzing and improving the company's business systems. Chris then took on the role of Product Owner in 2019, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products.

Most recently, in 2021, Chris joined Forma.ai as a Product Manager. Chris is currently responsible for building AI-based sales compensation and addressing the pain points of sales reps, managers, and analysts.

Throughout their career, Chris has consistently demonstrated their ability to develop strong customer and partner relationships while driving sales growth.

Chris Phan completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Molecular Biology from Brock University, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. Chris then pursued an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Bioinformatics from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2012 to 2013. In 2017, Chris Phan attended BrainStation for a short period to study Product Management, although no degree was specified.
