Emily Paulhus is a seasoned professional in laboratory operations and quality engineering with extensive experience in both managing lab teams and supporting project proposals. Currently serving as Lab Operations Manager at Form Energy since April 2021, Emily has previously held roles including Associate Lab Manager and Lab Supervisor. During tenure at PerkinElmer, Emily excelled as a Quality Engineer and Process Development Chemist, contributing to process improvement and product quality in GMP environments. Earlier roles at pION, CleanWell Company, and the University of Connecticut emphasized research and development in chemistry.
