Van Do has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Tutor role at Studienkreis GmbH in 2016. In 2018, Van Do held a Working Student HR Services role at GetYourGuide, as well as an Intern HR & Recruiting role at VGL Verlagsgesellschaft mbH. From 2020 to present, Van Do has been employed at Flexcavo, first as a Junior HR Manager and then as a People & Culture Working Student. Van Do is currently a Founding HR Manager at Forget Finance.

Van Do has a diverse education history. From 2019 to 2023, they studied Management and Marketing at Freie Universität Berlin and obtained a Master of Science degree. Prior to that, they completed an exchange semester at Korea University. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Graphic Design from Coursera in May 2022, Energizing People from Management 3.0 in January 2022, Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in May 2022, TOEFL iBT from ETS Global B.V., and TOPIK II from National Institute for International Education (NIIED).
