Heidi Toornman has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Grand Valley State University. Heidi has held various roles in companies such as Waste Management, Absolute Document Destruction, Foreway Transportation Inc., Creekside Business & Conference Center, and currently at Forensic Fluids Laboratories as the Director of Customer Support.
