Jeanette Herm has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jeanette is currently working as the Head of CRM at DR SMILE since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a CRM-Lead at DR SMILE from January 2021 to August 2022. Jeanette also has experience in CRM marketing roles at Bringmeister GmbH, where they served as a Teamlead CRM Marketing from September 2019 to December 2020, and as a Senior Manager CRM Marketing from January 2018 to September 2019. Jeanette was a CRM and Online Marketing Specialist at DPNY communciations S.L.U from March 2017 to December 2017. Jeanette also worked as a Junior CRM Manager at airberlin from February 2014 to March 2017. Jeanette has additional experience as an Online Marketing & Content Manager at Fast Forward Fashion from November 2013 to May 2014, and as a Content Manager German Market at AppGratis from 2012 to September 2013. Jeanette began their career as a part-time Sales Assistant at Levi Strauss & Co. from January 2012 to May 2012. Jeanette Herm completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Translation, Französisch, Spanisch from Leipzig University between 2009 and 2012. Jeanette then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Corporate Media from Leipzig School of Media from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in Canvas 102 | Advanced User Lifecycle Engagement from Braze in November 2021.
