Lauren Cramer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Forefront Dermatology since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as a Human Resources Project Manager at AvantStay and as a Compliance Analyst and Senior HR Benefit Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Administrator at PS Logistics LLC, as well as a Human Resources Intern at Huntsville Hospital. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
