Brad Kline, CNIM, MBA, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brad is currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for the Eastern US at MPOWERHealth since May 2022. Prior to this role, Brad worked at MPOWERHealth from 2016 to 2022, holding various positions such as Regional Director of Clinical Operations and Territory Manager. Before joining MPOWERHealth, Brad worked at Legacy Neurological Monitoring as a CNIM from 2011 to 2015. Brad also has experience working at Biotronic NeuroNetwork as a Regional Educational Leader and Technologist III from 2008 to 2011. Brad's expertise includes brainstem auditory evoked potentials, motor cranial nerve EMG, and sensory/motor cortical mapping.

Brad Kline, CNIM, MBA, MHA has a diverse education history. Brad completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin from 2005 to 2008. Following that, from 2012 to 2015, Brad pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Care Management at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas.

In addition to their educational degrees, Brad has obtained several certifications. In 2009, they achieved a Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring from ABRET. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification. Recently, in May 2020, they became a Certified Culture Index Analyst from Culture Index.
