Kelly Sollinger is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and culinary arts. Currently serving as General Manager at Rocket Farm Restaurants since October 2014, Kelly has successfully led large-scale projects for new restaurant openings while overseeing financial planning to enhance profitability. Previously, as Executive Chef and Southeast Regional Executive Chef at Rà Rá Irish Pub, Kelly managed renovation projects and staff coordination across multiple locations. Early career experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at El Gaucho Hospitality, focusing on budgeting and team engagement, and as a Residential Carpenter at Lovell General Contractors, where project management skills were developed. Kelly began the culinary journey as Sous Chef at Consolidated Restaurants and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes.
