Sydney Matthews started working as a Client Support Analyst at Forcura in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Assistant and Director of Quality Control at Jacksonville University from 2020 to 2022. Before their graduate assistant role, Sydney was a Student Athlete and Captain at Jacksonville University from 2016 to 2020. Sydney also worked as a Customer Relationship Lead at Sole Spa and Wellness Center in 2018 and as an Intake Specialist at Safe Harbor Christian Counseling in 2017.

Sydney Matthews completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Jacksonville University, starting in 2016 and finishing in 2020. Later, from 2020 to 2022, Sydney pursued a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership with a field of study focused on Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at the same university.
