Faith Jukes is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as a Customer Success Operations Manager at GivePanel since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing approximately 190 accounts and leading the development of the HubSpot CRM for the Customer Success function. Faith's role extends to spearheading the "GivePanel Stacks" Customer Education Webinar Series. Prior experience includes project management at twentysix, where Faith managed website clients and engaged with stakeholders, and onboarding support at Force24, focusing on enhancing client onboarding processes. Faith holds a Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing from Baltic Apprenticeships and has foundational education from Garforth Academy Sixth Form and Brigshaw High School. Additionally, Faith Jukes is an active member of Women of Customer Success since December 2023.
