Tung Pham has been working in the agriculture industry since 2015. In that year, they became the Director of Caudatfarm - Dalat, a Seedcom. vn company, where they managed more than 150 people and was responsible for setting up a 225ha of premium tea & coffee plantation. Tung also built the IoT platform/ automation system for the farm. In 2018, they became the Founder of FoodMap, the fastest growing marketplace in Vietnam that connects farmers and food producers with B2B and B2C consumers. FoodMap Asia is the only agriculture-focused platform in Vietnam operating under a "two sides, one chain, one platform" model which enables food producers to digitize and expand their reach directly to end consumers while eliminating the need for middlemen and traders.

Tung Pham attended Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology from 2007 to 2012, studying Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, but did not complete their degree.
