Katherine Fairbanks, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits management and human resource leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Peak Technologies, Inc. since July 2024, Katherine also holds the same position at Food Safety Net Services since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Katherine managed human resources benefits at Certified Laboratories, Inc. from March 2020 to July 2024, served as Human Resources Director at Texas Kids Home Therapy & Nursing from May 2018 to February 2020, and worked as Human Resources Admin at Circle of Care Pediatric Home Health Services from May 2012 to November 2017. Katherine's career began as a Customer Service Manager at Norwood Promotional Products from 1987 to 2004 and included a role as National Call Center Supervisor at Kinetic Concepts (KCI) from November 2005 to April 2012, as well as serving on the board as Secretary for the Professional Teleservice Management Association from 2010 to 2012.
