Edgar Dsouza has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as Principal at Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education since July 2023. Previously, Edgar held the position of Assistant Professor in Food and Beverage at V. M. Salgaocar from July 2022 to July 2023. Edgar's academic contributions include setting up an Integrated MBA in Hospitality Travel & Tourism at Goa University, where an Assistant Professor from June 2011 to September 2021, and serving as an Instructor at Agnels Institute, focusing on Food and Beverage Service and Communication Skills. Edgar has also held various managerial positions in hospitality establishments, including Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles at renowned hotels such as RHH Banyan Tree and Leela. Edgar holds a PhD in Hospitality and Tourism from Goa University and a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, complemented by a Hotel Management degree from IHM, Goa.
