Joe Roberts has had extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Joe served as the Chief Market Officer at FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the State Director for Illinois and Northwest Nebraska at the same company from December 2016 to October 2022. From November 2002 to December 2021, Joe Roberts was the President of First Insurance Group.

Joe Roberts attended the University of St. Francis from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
