Joanne Allen is an experienced professional in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of On-Sale Individual Product at MLC Life Insurance since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne Allen held various positions at Zurich Insurance from January 2010 to March 2023, including National Product Manager and Strategic Product Development Manager for OnePath, as well as Product Manager for Retail Risk. Joanne Allen's earlier career includes being a Subway Franchisee/Director and a Product Project Manager at Asteron. Additional experience includes roles at Zurich Financial Services and AMP as Assistant Product Manager. Joanne Allen holds a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan, obtained between 2012 and 2013.
