Vince Santilli, MBA, NRP, FP-C, currently serves as a Paramedic at Johnstown Fire Department and has extensive experience as a Flight Paramedic with REVA, Inc. since April 2016, where responsibilities include providing advanced life support in a critical care environment. Vince has also held roles with Air Methods, including Flight Paramedic, Outreach Coordinator, and Clinical Base Lead. Previous paramedic experience includes positions at Malta-Stillwater EMS and Wilton Emergency Squad INC, where Vince served as Paramedic Supervisor and Director & Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Prior to a career in emergency medical services, Vince spent over 20 years at Walmart, managing operations and loss prevention across multiple facilities. Vince holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, along with a Paramedic Science certification from the State University of New York.
